As you open the door and see your four-legged miracle making his way to you, gives one an adrenaline rush. I still can feel the feeling when Whisky whizzed past any obstacle coming in her way, as soon as she heard the sound of keys unlocking the door. She would jump up as high as she could, wanting to hug and kiss me. I would scooch down and rub her head until she calmed her excitement of seeing me. She would wag her tail and look in my eyes as if to say that All is Well. Oh, what a feeling!!
Love is surely a four-legged word.. 🙂
Greasy forehead, sore ankles, and a dull headache cap your traffic-jammy ride home from a long day at work. Dragging yourself to the door your stomach rumbles and grumbles as you picture the bland frozen burrito you’re gonna nuke for dinner.
Yeah, the day got you down, the day knocked you out, but suddenly you unlock the door and your mood zooms sky-high as there’s a loving and waiting BARK BARK BARK BARK BARK BARK BARK BARK BARK.
Someone’s happy to see you.
